Teen Anxiety Support Group @ Anxiety Resource Center
Nov 29 @ 4:30 pm – 5:45 pm

The ARC offers a weekly teen group for students aged 14-18. It’s a great opportunity for students to meet others who feel the same way. The group is facilitated by Lynda Rupke, a licensed counselor. Lynda has a private practice and has been a school guidance counselor for 20+ years. “I’ve been going to the teen group for about a year now, and it is nice to talk about my anxiety to people who have had similar experiences and understand it, or to listen to others share and know that I am not the only one. We can be serious, but we also laugh and have fun without any pressure,” commented one ARC teen participant.

Holiday Open House @ Anxiety Resource Center
Dec 6 @ 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Holiday Open House @ Anxiety Resource Center | Grand Rapids | Michigan | United States

Can you hear the sleigh bells jingling?

Holiday time is just around the corner and we’d love to have you stop down for our annual Open House on Wednesday, Dec. 6 from 6-8:30 p.m. It’s a wonderful opportunity to see the Center without feeling like you are stepping into a group for the first time. The fun, but relaxed event will feature holiday music, special treats, wonderful door prizes and Zentangle workshop opportunities.

The cold winter months often leave us indoors for extended time so learning a new skill can be a rewarding experience. We will have two Zentangle opportunities, the first starting at 6:30 and the second at 7:15 p.m. Please call the Center at 616-356-1614 or email the director@anxietyresourcecenter.org to reserve a spot.
