ARC Education Series

Could This Be Anxiety?

Anxiety can feel like a mystery at times, as it presents in both loud ways and subtle ways, in physical ways and mental/emotional ways.  During our ARC Topic Night, we will learn together and share the various ways that anxiety does present itself, and how to help cope with each of these symptoms. There is strength in knowing what anxiety is, and how it presents. When we know how to identify it, we can then learn preventative techniques and coping techniques to better manage it. This gives us power over it, rather than it having power over us. Topic Nights take place by Zoom on the last Wednesday of each month.

Shedding Light on Anxiety

Can the sunlight also help our mental health and actually improve anxiety? Tanya J. Peterson with HealthyPlace sheds some light on this topic.
