Early Evening Support Group @ Anxiety Resource Center

This early evening support group offers a place for individuals to share the anxiety challenges they face at work, home and in relationships. People are able to gain support, hope, inspiration as well as new ideas around the table. It’s a great place to meet others who truly ”get” what living with anxiety is like.

ARC Teen Support Group meets Wednesdays from 4:30 to 5:45 p.m. It is a laid-back, welcoming environment for teens, age 14-18, to recognize they aren’t alone. Find others who “get it” and learn skills to help you manage your anxiety.

This group is facilitated by Jennifer Heintskill MA, LLPC. Jennifer has a degree in counseling and has worked as a middle school teacher for 14 years.
