My friend found the Center on the Web. We came together to the teen support group.
I was really surprised to see a couple other people from my school.
I didn’t know what was wrong with me. But other kids in group felt the same way I did. It’s nice to know I’m not alone.
I attended one of the professional presentations the center offers. I was surprised at
how much I learned about my wife’s anxiety and the new treatments available.
Mom and I sat and looked at books in the library for an hour. I even brought a couple kids books home.
I didn’t know what was wrong with me. But other kids in group
felt the same way I did. It’s nice to know I’m not alone.
It’s amazing what happens when I take the time to sketch. It’s like an
hour goes by and I’ve forgotten what I was so anxious about.
