The Anxiety Resource Center has a variety of Workshops and Events taking place throughout the year. These opportunities provide a way to help you manage your anxiety and improve your mental wellness. Don’t forget to check out our weekly Support Group offerings.

Shedding Light on Anxiety

In-Person May Meeting
This compliments our weekly local support group, Greater Grand Rapids, that meets virtually on Wednesdays at 7 pm.
